First Step

Order Accuracy: To make sure you get what you want from the reconditioning process, you must tell us exactly what you want. Harco has several regional sales agents to ensure you are getting what you want and what you need.

Second Step

Shipping in the equipment: Once you’ve filled out the reconditioning form, you need to mail your equipment and paperwork to Harco (bags and shipping labels will be provided). Harco will check deadlines, accuracy, and initiate the process.

Third Step

Inspection and Reconditioning: With over 30 years of experience, you can be confident Harco will inspect and make sure your equipment is properly reconditioned. We only use original manufacturer replacement parts. Every piece of gear is then thoroughly sanitized and inspected. Helmets are then rigorously tested to meet NOCSAE Standards, and new stickers are applied to ensure compliance.
