There is no question about coaches and administrators wanting to outfit their players with the best and safest equipment available. Increasing equipment costs, combined with increasingly limited budgets, have made this more difficult than ever before. Harco reconditioning will prolong the life of your expensive equipment and ensure it continues to meet performance standards.

Reconditioning shoulder pads at 25% of the cost of replacing them and helmets at roughly 33% will help you meet those tight budgets. It will also allow you to invest more in rotating your helmet stock, giving your players what you expect from them—the best.

The Process

First Step: Order Accuracy

To ensure you get what you want from the reconditioning process, you must tell us exactly what you want. Harco has regional sales agents in 12 states to ensure you get what you want and what you need. Call us today; we are always happy to answer your questions.

Second Step: Mailing in the Equipment

Complete the reconditioning form and bag your equipment, including face masks, chinstraps, jaw pads, and all parts. Ship the equipment bags and paperwork to Harco (bags and shipping labels will be provided). Upon receipt, Harco will check deadlines, confirm accuracy, and initiate the process.

Third Step: Inspection & Reconditioning

Your equipment is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and sanitized. It then undergoes reconditioning, all worn/damaged parts are replaced with original manufacturer replacement parts, and each piece of equipment is double-checked for safety and accuracy.

Fourth Step: NOCSAE Testing

Helmets are then rigorously tested to NOCSAE standards, and new stickers are applied to ensure compliance. All insurance, NOCSAE, and NAERA charges included.

Final Step: Shipment

Once all work is completed, the gear is carefully packaged and shipped to you within the timeframe you have specified on your order form.
